Referral Rewards Program

High quality referrals save us time and wasted effort in the recruitment process and speed up our ability to hire great people. As a result this means that we can award bonus payments for the referral and introduction of talented people to the company.

For the purposes of the Referral Policy, a referral is defined as a candidate who is applying for a role with Endava which they have been introduced to by an Endava employee (the referrer). We offer a referral bonus for candidates who are not already in contact with one of our recruitment staff and are not included in the present selection process. In order to refer a candidate, the referrer must use the Social Sourcing functionality provided by Taleo as follows:

• Login / Sign Up into your account
• Find a position you would like to recommend for and click 'Recommend Job'
• OR - Refer your friends by sharing a link through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or via email.

Whether you send your friend an email or recommend the position over a social network, anyone applying from the link you shared will be treated as your referral.
